Hello to all my followers & Gym family, this is to inorm you all that, Hardcore Heaven now won't be accessible like it was before.. It will be open for mostly Personal Trainings & Fitness/Diet Consultation Only with all possible precautionary measures‼️
However other than Personal Trainings only one Package will be available for all other people willing to join under me.. below are the details:
PACKAGE 1: ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING‼️
In this Package you will be Personally Trained by #me, each & every minute of your #workout under my #supervision no matter whatever your #goals are, along with Customised Diet plan that changes every 2-3 weeks.. (For Contest prep rates will vary)
PACKAGE 2: GENERAL TRAINING‼️
In this Package you will be provided a Customised Workout plan designed by #me According to your goals along with Customised Diet Plan that changes every 3-4 weeks (mandatory).. In this Package you will be demonstrated/guided for the first week with all your Exercises techniques/postures etc. Thereafter you will be Training on your #own till the Exercises changes next time roughly after 6-8 weeks. However I will be around keeping an eye for any corrections.
Both the Packages will be available on monthly basis only (No options for quarterly, half yearly or yearly etc)
As the hours & members per slot will be lessor, the slots will also be less, so book your slots now before it fills.
